Roll up, roll up Hertfordshire residents! You’re in for a treat this March as once again hundreds of free tickets are being handed out by attractions across the county. The Herts Big Weekend 2018 will offer thousands of locals the opportunity to visit some of the region’s tops venues and hidden gems.

How do you apply for Herts Big Weekend tickets?

The only rules if you want to apply for tickets are: you must be over 18 years old, and you must live in Hertfordshire.

To get started, simply browse through the various deals on the Herts Big Weekend website and choose which tickets you would like. There are 58 attractions on offer. Deals range from tickets to Go Ape Wendover, to afternoon tea for two at Tewin Bury Farm Hotel.

The East Anglia Pass to save you money on attractions across Bedfordshire, Cambs, Essex, Herts, Norfolk & Suffolk.

You’ll need to create an account to apply, but then you are free enter the ballot for as many attractions as you wish. Just make sure you read the details for each attraction. Some are offering just one ticket per application, while others have family tickets up for grabs.

When does the ballot close?

The application for tickets closes at midnight on Sunday 11th March, so make sure you’ve applied for your top attractions by then.

If your application is successful – hurrah! – a member of the Herts Big Weekend team will contact you shortly after that date.

The tickets have a limited shelf-life and will need to be used on either Sat 24 March or Sun 25 March 2018, unless otherwise stated (see individual listings for details).
