The UK’s biggest children’s obstacle course is coming to St. Albans for a mad and muddy weekend this summer.

The Little Welly “Goes Wild” course will be set up for the first time at Hertfordshire Showground on 15 and 16 July 2017.

Billed as Tough Mudder for kids, the course features 30 child-sized obstacles that are suitable for little ones aged between four to 16 years. Kids who need a little help along the 3km course can be aided and encouraged by their parents or carers. Got a toddler? There’ll be a mini course especially for them so they don’t have to feel left out.

As well as favourite obstacles such as the mud pit, water slide, rope swing and foam pit, the Little Welly team have added 6 new challenges for 2017. The 3 bump dragon, spider tunnel, tyre mangle and the web frame are among the highlights.

But that’s not all! An impressive family festival will also be running alongside the course, with plenty of entertainment to keep kids and grown-ups busy all day.

Activities include sport challenges and family games, laser tag, toddler area, Parkour demonstrations and workshops, live music and performances from children’s entertainer Bertie Slippers, den building, camp fires, pony rides, animal encounters and a whole lot more!
